Spread over an area of 10,000 sq. meter at Industrial Zone (1) , C-1, C-2, Pyi Gyi Tagoon Township, in Mandalay, the second largest city and once the Kingdom of Myanmar. The plant has been accorded with the ISO 9001:2000 certification. The entire production takes place under one roof using the latest machines and advance technologies.
Our 500 strong work force is professionally trained to look into every aspect of production, starting from slicing of veneers right down till sanding and despatch. Jewellery Luck is the first in Mandalay to have an in-house slicing facility where logs are cut and sliced.
Processing Veneer Step By Step
We collect the international standard best quality of raw
GURJAN (In/ Kayin) round logs from Myanmar Timber Enterprise under the supervision of our government.
The production for veneer is organized into seven steps which samely blend into one another.
The logs are equally cut into 270cm and 135cm and boiled over 72 hours with chemical within the boiler. The boiled logs are sliced into sheets and remove the edge covers to reserve the good quality. Then we start slicing the logs to get uniform thickness such as 0.55 mm, .075 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm etc. Then the edges are attached with plastic tape and pass through the dryer to become more seasonal. The slice are then cut according to the required measurements.Then Q/C is ensured and sliced sheets are packed with the hydraulic press machine to prevent from moisture resistance and more compact. Our production capacity is 100 CBM on daily basis.

Processing Plywood Step By Step
The production for plywood is organized in different steps using advance technology so that our customer gets plywood free from the problems like: Core gaps, overlapping, warping and bending tendency.
The sliced veneers are thoroughly distinguished into Face, Back, Long and Short Core. Then loaded into the glue coater and pass through cool press and hot press machine. After that plywood is given an excellent mirror look finished and polished by high tech wide belt sanders.
Our technology is a unique method in plywood market which ensures uniform thickness to the plywood, makes it warpless and impart extra strength to the plywood more than an ordinary plywood.
